The president’s cabinet sets institutional strategy in partnership with the Board of Trustees (28 members, chaired by Janet H. Crowe ’84).

Dr. Marianne Okafor President President Okafor joined Southgate in 2021 after serving as provost at a peer institution and has prioritized expanding research funding, campus sustainability, and community partnerships with Averton.
Dr. Steven Aldrete Provost Provost Aldrete oversees Southgate's five colleges and academic policy, and has led recent efforts to expand interdisciplinary programs such as the new B.S. in Data Science.
Ms. Dana Okwuosa Vice President for Finance and Administration Okwuosa manages the university's budget, facilities, and capital projects, including the ongoing campus sustainability initiative.
Mr. Gregory Pham Vice President for Student Affairs Pham oversees residence life, student organizations, and campus wellness services for Southgate's undergraduate and graduate population.
Ms. Fiona Barrett Vice President for Enrollment Management Barrett leads admissions and financial aid strategy and has overseen five consecutive years of enrollment growth at Southgate.
Dr. Thomas Reyes Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences Reyes leads Southgate's largest college, encompassing the humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences departments.
Dr. Carla Mendenhall Dean of the Templin School of Business Mendenhall has expanded experiential learning requirements across the business school's undergraduate and MBA programs.
Dr. Priya Ramaswami Dean of the College of Engineering & Computing Ramaswami oversees Southgate's engineering and computing programs and is leading the planning for the college's upcoming Vachon Hall renovation.
