The Office of the Registrar maintains the academic record of every Southgate student — registration, grades, transcripts, enrollment verification, degree audit, and the schedule of classes. We are located in Whitford Hall 104, open weekdays 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (summer hours 8:00–4:30).

Registration — Fall 2026
Registration for Fall 2026 opened April 6, 2026 and continues through the first week of classes. Register in myGate after meeting with your advisor; use the CRN from the class schedule search to add sections directly. Spring 2027 registration opens October 26, 2026.
Transcripts
Official transcripts are $10 and ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse; processing takes 2–3 business days during peak periods. Unofficial transcripts are free in myGate. We cannot release transcripts for students with a financial hold.
