Department of Accounting

Templin School of Business

The Department of Accounting prepares students for careers in public accounting, corporate finance, and beyond through a rigorous, practice-oriented curriculum aligned with CPA examination requirements. Small seminar-style courses pair technical mastery with case-based analysis of real-world financial reporting and audit challenges. Many graduates pursue the department's combined BS/MS pathway to meet the 150-hour requirement for licensure.
