Department of Studio Art
The Studio Art program offers hands-on training in drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, and photography within well-equipped, light-filled studios. Faculty mentorship emphasizes both technical craft and the development of a personal artistic voice, culminating in a public senior thesis exhibition. Graduates go on to graduate programs, gallery and museum work, and independent creative practice.
