Department of Environmental Science
Environmental Science at Southgate combines fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and policy study to prepare students for careers and graduate work in sustainability, conservation, and environmental management. The program draws on the university's proximity to diverse ecosystems for regular field-based learning. Students graduate ready to apply scientific methods to real-world environmental problems.
