Department of Sociology
The Department of Sociology equips students to analyze social structures, institutions, and inequality using rigorous empirical methods and critical theory. Students engage directly with community partners through applied research projects addressing pressing social issues. Graduates pursue careers in social services, research, policy analysis, and law.
