Department of Journalism
The Journalism program trains students in the reporting, writing, and ethical judgment required for careers in news and digital media. Coursework combines newsroom-style practice with study of media law and the changing landscape of journalism. Students gain real-world experience through the university's student newspaper and partnerships with regional news outlets.
